DataCocoon is designed to be as easy to use, and as self-explanatory as possible so we hope that you won't have any problems with it.
If there is something that you don't understand, or that doesn't work the way you expect, there are a few ways to solve you problem:
- Try the help file. The basics of how to use DataCocoon, and descriptions of each of the screens in DataCocoon are all contained in the help file which is installed alongside the application. Look in the "All programs" section of your "Start" menu - in the DataCocoon menu you'll find the "DataCocoon Help" icon. Or you can download the latest help file here.
- If the help file hasn't been able to help, the next step would be the user forums. You can search the forums to see if anyone else has had the same problem as you, or post a new question to see if anyone can help.
