There isn't enough space left on the FTP server to backup the file. You need to either:

1. See if you can get some more space on the FTP server
2. Move your backup to a different FTP server with more space
3. Delete some other files from the FTP server to free up some space
4. Check whether there are any files being backed up that you don't need to back up
