DataCocoon has given up waiting for an internet operation (connecting to the FTP server, or sending or receiving data to or from the FTP server) to finish.
There are a number of possible causes for this error.
- Ensure that the computer is connected to the Internet (or local network) correctly, and that you can browse websites and the like
- If it times out whilst connecting, make sure that the FTP server is up and running. Or, if you haven't backed up any files yet, make sure that the "FTP Server" setting in the "FTP Server Details" page is correct.
- If it times out whilst backing up files, it could be that the server or the Internet connection to the server is overloaded. Try running the backup at a different time.
